India Levies Provisional Anti-Dumping Duty on PVC Resins from China

On July 26, 2010, the India Customs decided to levy a provisional anti-dumping duty on the PVC resins (Poly Vinyl Chloride Paste Resin) originating in China, Japan, R. O. Korea, Malaysia, Russia, Taiwan region, and Thailand with a period of 6 months (till January 25, 2011).
Therein, the dumping rate of Chinese enterprises was determined at USD 110.96 per metric ton.
