India Officially Imposed Anti-dumping Duty on Cold Rolled Flat Products of Stain

According to the news from the Ministry of Finance of India, on February 20, India Customs decided to impose anti-dumping duty by quantity on cold rolled flat products of stainless steel originated from China, Japan, South Korea, EU, South Africa, Taiwan Area, Thailand and America, with the valid time for tax levying of five years( expired date: April 21st 2014).

Among the enterprises involved in the case, the tariff rate for 200mm products in Lianzhong (Guangzhou) Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd is 64.03 U.S. dollars per ton; 348.28 U.S. dollars per ton and 110.00 U.S. dollars per ton respectively for 300mm and 400mm products in Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd, and 889.53 U.S. dollars per ton, 1916.59 U.S. dollars per ton and 1477.44 U.S. dollars per ton for the aforementioned three products respectively in other companies.

In November 2008, India initiated anti-dumping investigation on cold rolled flat products of stainless steel originated from China. In November 2009, India made final decision on this case.
