India Prolongs AD Duties on Indonesian Nylon Filament Yarns

On Dec. 8, 2011, India's Department of Commerce released a notice, deciding to prolong the antidumping (AD) duties on nylon filament yarns from Indonesia at USD 0.46-1.10 per kg, and in addition, those from China, Chinese Taiwan, Malaysia and Thailand are also subject to its antidumping duties.

On Aug. 27, 2010, requested by its Association of Synthetic Fiber Industry, India launched the investigation on whether continuing the antidumping duties;

On Nov. 9, 2011, Indian Directorate General of Anti-Dumping and Allied Duties announced the result of the investigation.
