VI. Failure to register for defending
If the interested party fails to register for defending with the Ministry of Commerce within the required period, the Ministry of Commerce shall have the right to reject the materials submitted subsequently, and make a judgment according to information available to it.
V. Rights of the interested parties
In case of any objection to the scope of products to be investigated, the qualifications of the applicant, the country or region as origin of such products, and other related issues, the interested party may submit its opinions in written form to the Ministry of Commerce within 20 days after this announcement is issued.
The interested party may look into the non-secure text files in the application submitted by the applicant in the Public Information Room of Ministry of Commerce during the above period.
VI. Investigation methods
The investigation will be conducted in the form of questionnaire, sampling, hearing session and/or on-site verification.
