Pursuant to the decisions made by Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council, General Administration of Customs has levied anti-dumping duty on the Dimethyl cyclosiloxane imported from and originally produced in Japan, US, UK and Germany as of January 16, 2006 (See Announcement No. 3 (2006) of General Administration of Customs for details). Based on the results of interim reexamination, Customs Tariff Commission of State Council has decided recently to adjust the anti-dumping duty rate applicable to part of original producers of Dimethyl cyclosiloxane. Matters in relation to the enforcement of the anti-dumping measures are hereby announced as follows:
1. The Customs will levy anti-dumping duty on the Dimethyl cyclosiloxane declared to be imported from and originally produced in UK Dow Corning Limited at the anti-dumping duty rate of 5.4%.
2. Provisions of Announcements No. 3 (2006), No. 80 (2006) and No. 76 (2006) of General Administration of Customs shall still apply to other matters relevant with anti-dumping duty levied on the Dimethyl cyclosiloxane imported from and originally produced in Japan, the US, UK and Germany.
