Ministry of Commerce decide to take final re-examination investigation on anti-dumping measures used in imported IDI which is orginated from Japan, South Korea and the United States since November 22,2008
       
Products under this review of anti-dumping investigation is accordance with the products in the prime anti-dumping investigation: the tariffs code of toluene diisocyanate(model of TDI80/20 with TDI in short) is 29291010 in Customs Imports and Exports of People's Republic of China with the English name of Toluene Diisocyanate.
        
According to the Ministry of Commerce and the State Council, the anti-dumping duties collected on imported TDI originated from Japan, Korea and the United States are continuous according to the scope of taxation and tax rate of anti-dumping duties in No.61 announcement in 2003,No.115 announcement in 2005 and No.53 announcement in 2006 promulgated by Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China during the final re-examination of anti-dumping period.
        
This investigation is started in November 22, 2008 and will be finished in November 21,2009.
