USITC Decided to Continue Levying 5-Year Anti-Dumping Duties on Chlorinated Isocyanurates from China

On September 20, 2010, the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) upheld the anti-dumping duty order on the chlorinated isocyanurates from China in the sunset review, the implementation period of the duty order shall still be 5 years.

On May 3, 2010, the USITC decided to conduct a sunset review on the anti-dumping duty order; and on August 6, 2010, the USITC decided to conduct a quick sunset review.

In May 2005, the Department of Commerce of the United States determined that the Chinese products involved were dumped into the U.S. and thus anti-dumping duties ranging from 75.78% to 285.63% were imposed on enterprises involved in the case.
