The U.S. Expedites Sunset Reviews on Artists Canvas and Cement

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has voted to expedite its five-year ("sunset") review concerning the antidumping duty order on artists' canvas from China (Inv. No. 731- TA-1091 (Review)).

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has voted to expedite its five-year ("sunset") review concerning the antidumping duty order on gray portland cement and cement clinker from Japan (Inv. No. 731-TA-461 (Third Review)).

As a result of these votes, the ITC will conduct expedited reviews to determine whether revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
