The U.S. Sunset Review on France Low-Enriched Uranium

On March 8, 2013, the United States International Trade Commission announced starting its full sunset review concerning the antidumping duty order on low enriched uranium from France, making sure that whether the involved products would injure the related industries in the United States in a reasonably forseeable period by canceling the anti-dumping measures on them.

On January 5, 2001, the U.S. Department of Commerce made the anti-dumping probe on low-enriched uranium from France under HS Codes 28442000.30, 28442000.50, and 2844000.

On December 21, 2001, the Commerce Dept made a final ruling.

On December 3, 2012, the Commerce Dept took the second sunset review on this case.
