U.S. Sunset Review on China Off-The-Road Tires

On November 20, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced starting expedited sunset review for the antidumping and anti-subsidy duty orders on China-made off-the-road tires in order to determine whether revoking the duty orders would lead to continuation or recurrence of injury to American industry.

This U.S. double-anti case was initiated in July 2007. On September 4, 2008, the U.S. authority started to levy antidumping duties at 0-210.48% and anti-subsidy duties at 2.45%-14% on those Chinese tires.
