The session begins with a video address to AED distributors from Rep. James Oberstar, Chairman of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, as well as live presentations and panel discussions, featuring Jack Schenendorf, co-chair of the congressionally appointed National Surface Transportation Policy and Revenue Commission.
