Lanham, MD ? The National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) announced today that J. H. Rudolph & Co. Inc. of Evansville, Ind., has been named the winner in the HMA Producer Member division of NAPA’s Outstanding Web Site competition. The company received its award on January 29 at NAPA’s 53rd Annual Meeting in Phoenix, Ariz.

The award recognizes Web site designs that promote the use of hot-mix asphalt and the HMA industry.
