Granite is offically safe for use

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has announces that no evidence exists to show that granite countertops or stone indoors has shown any source of contamination.
After some repeated questions, the United States Environmental Protection Agency has announces its full support for the natural stone Granite, for use indoors and as a safe, biologically inert natural stone for usage of various types indoors.
The EPA released statements that say no evidence exists to show that granite countertops or stone indoors has shown any source of contamination, or radon levels at all.
The statements from the EPA are partly as a result of a series of recent studies by Geochemistry experts and researchers, who searched to try and find out if there was any threat to the public by Granite that is used inside structures, on countertops, or to line corridors or hallways.
The EPA has found no creditable evidence anywhere, and said so in plain language.
We conclude that the most popular granite stone that is used as many different surfaces pose no threats to homeowners, said LL Chyl, a Ph.D. and geology professor and Civil Engineering professor at University of Akron in Ohio.
There were 13 different granites, one from each type of source found in the United States that were extensively tested by the EPA, and nothing harmful whatsoever was ever found.
