Item: tungsten carbide item as auxillary part of machine



purpose: it will be used as a part of machine o reduce excess of glue on papers while they are jointed each other.

as you see in our website we produce cardboard protetive packaging products mainly edge protectors so the volume of glue on paper is important due to affecibg its quality.



requirements: tungsen carbide should have enough strength and resistance to friction. we do not know the grade Please advise us accordigly

it is fixed on steel and it is almost in the shape of half-moon.

as you realised, the TC part is fixed on hardened steel and TC is especially used for grazing adhesive more than needed on the paper.

so it should be strong enough to abrasion of paper in order to use it long time.( resistance to abrasion is important)
