Three-year Revival Plan for Textile Industry under Application

In the recent  "China Cotton Textile Industry Technology Upgrading Communication Meeting", the CNTAC said that the central government was preparing a technology upgrading plan aiming to encourage investing¡¡enlarge domestic demand, which comprise the three-year revival plan f textile industry. CNTAC asked the textile enterprises to apply into this project based on the provisions¡¡CNTAC would do the recommendation to the government.

The three-year revival plan f textile industry proposed five key sections f investing¡¡technology upgrading, including the developing¡¡commercializing of high-tech fibers, deep processing¡¡application of natural fibers, clean production (energy-saving¡¡emission-reducing), new textile machinery, technical textile.

According to Xu Wenying, the Vice President of CNTAC, who is also the President of China Cotton Textile Association, the key point of technology upgrading is to achieve economic benefit through investing in advanced machinery¡¡developing new products.
