This phenomenon must be changed.

Nowadays, the independent innovation of enterprises can be roughly generalized into three stages: First, independent innovation under closed estate; Second, imitation under open estate; Third, independent innovation under open estate. Actually, the fulfillment of independent innovation does not only base on the research investment but also the support of a combining system of strategy, market and talents.

In 2009, fastener enterprises should promote independent innovation while implementing open-door policy. Besides, research personnel should pay special attention to the continuous communication with abroad, getting the most advanced fastener technique and the latest inquiry in fastener markets. Thus, they commercialize this information to promote the efficient integration of products, opportunities and markets.
