The state own and private enterprises with sale income over 5 million in leather industry (Hereinafter referred to the above scale enterprises) achieved 51.23 billion yuan RMB of the total industrial output in the previous 11 months of 2008, marked a year on year growth of 19.8%, but the growth rate down 5.8%.
