Visitors Registration

Delegates invited by the Organization Committee, pre-registered visitors and others engaged in the sectors related to CXMEE themes

Time: Opened at 8:30-16:30 from April 7 to 11

Venue: Visitors Check-in Counter (south side of Hall A, 1/F & Entrance of Hall C (beside the big screen), Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center)

Procedures:

(1). Delegates with invitation or registration confirmation letters can obtain a Visitor Pass and Visitors’ Guide at the check-in counter upon providing two name cards.

(2). Other individual visitors are expected to queue up in front of the check-in counter after filling in details of Registration Forms or providing two name cards. Valid identification papers (passports, mainland travel permit, person ID, etc.) should be submitted when required.

Ticket Sales : 12:00, April 8 - 14:00, April 11

Admission tickets are priced at RMB 30 each and valid for one entry only.

Journalist Registration

Time: Open at 9:00-16:30 from April 6 to April 8

Venue: Information & Press Section, Office of the Organization Committee
