Three Key Focal Areas to Promote the Cotton Supply Chain Cooperation

The fifth Sourcing USA Summit took place in Austin, TX, USA in last month. The theme was: Strenthening Enduring Partnerships.??November 13 - 16, 2008, over 400 representatives of the cotton industry came f a three-day meeting that served to redefine global direction??foster enhanced collaboration along the cotton supply chain. Anchoring the conference was an assessment by the Center f Strategic??International Studies, which marked a unique application of that organization's Seven Revolutions model to the entire cotton industry. Titled "Cotton's Revolutions," the study identified three key focal areas f global cotton: resources, technology??governance.



The vice President of China Cotton Textile Association, Zhu Lanfeng attended this conference??made the speech of "Innovation f New Challenge".
