Overall quality of Zhejiang fastener is fine

Zhejiang Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision made supervision for Zhejiang fastener products in the third quarter, covering 197 enterprises in Hangzhou, Jiaxing, Shaoxing, Taizhou, and Wenzhou for 197 products, with a Comprehensive pass rate of 98%.
According to the test results, some standard part is considered as disqualification in size and thread. Disqualified size directly results in bad linking, locking and low usage life on fastener parts, while disqualified thread of low linking that causes potential accidents. Also disqualified decarburization causes hard appearance and low intensity.
One factor that results in disqualification is the low intensity, because it is assumed as the necessary function when verified on fasteners. According to specific materials, fasteners hardness should be controlled at a reasonable level, in case of super-standard of many enterprises that only go after intensity.
