Export enterprise advances rebates “One day tour”

  　　 Related export enterprise and qualified logistics enterprise sign agreement that logistics enterprise applies to customs as agency; after commercial supervision and examination of custom, cargos may enter storage; and then, the enterprise may transact procedure to related organization with rebates document. Such flow will be finished within one day, so it is called “One day tour” in the industry.

　　  In eight trade bond zone, it is competitive. According to the regulations of relative policy, cargo beyond bonded logistics zone entering the zone is just the same as export, which transforms from the former “leave-country rebate” to “enter-zone rebate” and gets a “time difference”. Therefore, bonded logistics zone becomes a “port” for many enterprises to evade from rebate rate decreasing risk.
