bluesign technologies ag announces cooperation with AGC (Asahi Glass Co., Ltd.). In the future AGC
will endorse the systematic of the bluesign? standard as supporters and will publish their
bluesign? compliant products in the bluefinder? -a product database with ecologically and
economically "Best Available Products" for the textile industry.
"We are proud, having gained with AGC the first Japanese originated supporter for the bluesign? standard" said Mr. Detlef Fischer, VP bluesign technologies ag.
"The AGC Chemicals Company, as its long-term management policy, is committed to contributing to the creation of effective products that meet environmental goals. For example, clothing items to which water and oil repellents are applied are more stain-resistant and do not need to be washed as often.
