On the Implementation of Sino-South Africa Textile Agreement

In accordance with the latest regulations mentioned in the Memorandum of Understanding on Promoting Trade and Economic and Technological Cooperation between the Peoples’ Republic of China and the Republic of South Africa, the import administration on part of Chinese textiles and clothes conducted by South Africa shall be postponed to January 1, 2007. Please refer to Announcement No. 71, 2006 of Ministry of Commerce for specific information on the import administration by South Africa.
