New Senior Managers for Haas in Europe (Tool-Moldmaking.com)

Haas Automation Europe has created a new senior management team. This move is intended to improve the company’s operational effectiveness and strengthen organizational infrastructure as Haas’s European sales continue to grow. The four newly appointed directors report directly to Haas Europe managing director Peter Hall.



Rudy Stroobant has been promoted to director of finance, with responsibility also for administration, human resources, and management information systems. One of the longest-serving managers at the company, he has served as controller and has been an architect of the company’s SAP system in Europe.



Patrick Goris has become director of operations, being now responsible for customer service, facilities, parts, shipping and receiving, training, applications, and the rotary products repair department. He joined Haas Automation Europe in 2002. Goris new oversees a team of 30-plus technicians and engineers and manages a multimillion-dollar stock of spare parts held by the European Haas Factory Outlets (HFOs).



Two new employees join the team of directors at Haas Automation Europe. Katja Mader is director of marketing and Alain Reynvoet directs sales. The Austrian-born Mader brings more than 10 years of experience in business-to-business and technology marketing to her new role, and speaks German, English, and French. Reynvoet has 20 years of sales management experience in the manufacturing sector.



Several internal appointments also have been made recently. Christophe Bourden was promoted to controller, reporting to Stroobant; Maurice Kammann was promoted to service manager, reporting to Goris; and Peter Herbst became European technical sales manager, reporting to Reynvoet.



“There are undoubtedly some challenging times ahead,” says Peter Hall, “but I’m confident that Haas Automation Europe will continue to prosper, and that the new senior management team will rise to these challenges.”
