The registration fees is payable at the Registration Desk at the Conference site. The registration fee is payable in cash. If you would like to participate to the conference, please print out the registration form and return it not later than September 1st, 2002 or fil it out online on the CIMFC Website .



The Form of Paper-Calling is only for those wishing to make a presentation.



If you are interested in presenting a technical seminar, please fill out the Form of Technical Seminar as well as the Form of Registration. Then please fax them back to the number listed below or email them address before June 20th.
