South Korea's KOHAP to Restructure

News Release

October 2001 — Asian Chemical News reports that South Korea's KOHAP selected Pricewaterhouse Coopers in August to propose a restructuring plan for the heavily indebted company ($2.3 billion). The firm's report was scheduled for completion by the end of September.

KOHAP produces polyester chip, staple, and filament, and related intermediate chemicals.
