23-06-2008 Showroom boom for Fredericia

Designer furniture manufacturer Fredericia Furniture A/S is focusing on showrooms as the platform for reaching international customers. Thus, in May and June, the company is opening up four showrooms around the world. In May, Fredericia opened a showroom in New York, and in early June it was the turn of Tokyo, where a 170-m2 showroom was inaugurated on the 6th storey of the Tokyo Design Center. Here, Fredericia is a neighbour to Scandinavian Living, which carries out assignments for PP Møbler, Lightyears and Dinesen Gulve, among others.



In the middle of June, Fredericia, together with its local agent, opened a showroom in Lausanne, Switzerland, where other exhibitors include Kvadrat and bObles, and towards the end of June it will open its doors in Oslo, with Fredericia and Dinesen Gulve sharing a 270-m2 showroom on Drammens­veien.
