GACC Announcement No.35, 2017 on New Zealand Origin Admin Ruling (Ⅰ)

In accordance with GACC Decree No. 92 on Customs Administrative Ruling and GACC Decree No. 175 on China-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement-based Origin Administrative Measures, the GACC hereby makes its administrative ruling on the country of origin of “Anchor skim milk powder” requested by FONTERRA COMMERCIAL TRADING (SHANGHAI) COMPANY LIMITED, as follows:
This product (under HS code 040210) has the qualification of originating in New Zealand. (See the Annex for details.)
This Announcement shall enter into force on 1 September 2017.
In the event that any changes in governing laws and regulations affect its efficacy, this Administrative Ruling will become invalid accordingly.
