Lhasa Customs Statistics for January-September 2017

According to Lhasa Customs statistics, the import and export totaled 85,859 tons of goods, up 11.7% year-on-year (YOY), therein: import 2,238 tons, up 69.8%; export 83,621 tons, up 10.7%. The cleared Customs Declarations totaled 3,640 forms, up 16.1%, therein: 355 for imports, up 8.6%; 3285 for exports, up 16.9%. Total import and export value reached 4.423 billion yuan, up 0.9%, therein: import 2.43 billion yuan, up 59.7%; export 1.993 billion yuan, down 30.3%.
Entry-exit passengers totaled 104,478 person-times, down 0.5%. Entry-exit vehicles totaled 18,566 vehicle-times, up 22.0%. Inbound-outbound aircrafts totaled 666, up 28.8%. Inbound-outbound postal goods totaled 2,722 pieces, up 2.9%. Inbound-outbound express items totaled 7,302 pieces, up 72.7%.
