1. Introduction
Welcome to the E-to-china.Com. This agreement is applied to the access to the ETCN site，the international trade consultation services，and any other tools or services. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as you are bound by the terms after your use of the site and ETCN’s services constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Who Can Use the site？
The Service is only available to individuals or companies who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The site requires the natural person over the age of 18 or the individuals on behalf of the legal person entitled to represent the business entity to ensure that all users have the full capacity. Otherwise please don’t use the ETCN. The Site in its sole discretion make unavailable to the incompetent.

4 Registration Responsibilities
4.1At the time of your registration, you must agree to: (a) provide ETCN with your or your company’s true, accurate, current and complete information; (b) be responsible to maintain and timely update the registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete and be responsible or liable for any consequence as a result of untrue, inaccurate, incurrent, or incomplete information or failure of reflecting current situation or the existence of above situation the Site suspect with reasonable grounds.

11.3 You acknowledge that you fully assume the risks of purchase and sale transactions when using the Site service to conduct transactions.
11.4In the event that any User has a dispute with any party to a transaction, such user agrees to release and indemnify ETCN (and our agents, affiliates, directors, officers and employees) from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses and damages (including without limitation any actual, special, incidental or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with such transaction.

12. What Happens if You Break the Rules?
If you breach this Agreement or we suspect and believe with reasonable grounds that there is relevant legal responsibility arising out of your conduct. We may immediately, with or without prior notice, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership, any of your current listings, and any other information you place on the Site. And the steps above cannot constitute any limitation of the remedies we enjoy under the applicable law. You must be liable for any actual or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with such breach.

13. Applicable Laws and Litigation
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. You hereby consent that all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site shall put forward to the exclusive jurisdiction of China.
