Q: Are there any changes in 2010 China Import and Export Tariff Regulation on commodities?
A: To meet the demands of scientific technology developing, industrial structure adjustment, trade structure optimization, and strengthening management on import and export, China will adjust some tariff items in 2010 Import and Export Tariff, to add the tariff items of hydroxylamine sulphate, recombinant human insulin, food degree acetic acid glacial and fast-coagulating permanent magnet piece etc. under the precondition of Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System promulgated by World Customs Organization. After this adjustment, the total number of China's tariff items in 2010 Import and Export Tariff Regulation increases from 7868 in 2009 to 7923.
