Regulation of Exempting VAT on Organic Fertilizer Product Promulgated by State A

According to the Circular of Exempting VAT on Organic Fertilizer Product Promulgated by Ministry of Finance and State Administration of Taxation, the organic fertilizer products that enjoy tax exemption are organic fertilizer, organic - inorganic compound fertilizers and bio-organic fertilizer.
The standards for products under implementation are: organic fertilizers NY525-2002, organic - inorganic compound fertilizers GB18877-2002 and bio-organic fertilizer. NY884-2004. Products does not conform to the standards above, don't belong to organic fertilizer products and shall be levy VAT according to relevant present regulation.
