Four Conditions Required for Application for Coke Business License

As of June 1, 2010, the application for Coke Business License may be entertained only when four conditions are satisfied, including the conformity with State and Provincial policies for the coking industry. Where the Coke Business License is not obtained, any coke business activity shall be prohibited as per relevant regulations.
To apply for the Coke Business License, the following conditions shall be totally satisfied: First, the coke business activity shall conform with the State and Provincial policies for the coking industry; Second, where the coke business activity is operated with railway transport, a written opinion shall be issued by local railway authority; Third, the applicant shall have the status of an enterprise as legal person; Fourth, the applicant shall own the site, facility metering equipment, and quality inspection equipment applicable to the coke business activity.
