The General Administration of Customs of P. R. China has approved the registration application for Customs protection of the word mark “Oriental Crown” for the World Expo 2010 Shanghai China, which was submitted by the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination of China. The registration is hereby announced as the following:
Holder of the Right: the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination of China
Name of the Right: Oriental Crown
As of the date of approval, where imports and/or exports infringe the exclusive right of the above mark for Shanghai World Expo 2010, China Customs authorities shall investigate and punish such infringement in accordance with the Regulations on the Protection of World Expo Logo Marks and relevant laws and regulations.
