The State Council of China has approved the adjustment of export tariff on part of the chemical fertilizer products from December 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010. Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
The export tariff on urea, diammonium hydrogen phosphate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and the mixture of diammonium hydrogen phosphate with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (HS Codes refer to 31021000, 31053000 and 31054000) shall be levied by their provisional rate of 35%, and special export tariff of 75% shall be imposed on them at the same time.
