Dalian Initiates Reform of Import Verification on Payment from Dec. 1, 2010

From December 1, 2010, China's Dalian city initiates the reform of import verification on payment in all sides. Seen from the experience of reform pilot regions, 90% of the enterprises will quit the case-by-case verification procedure, thus reducing enterprises' costs and achieving the goal of promoting trade facilitation.
