Announcement No. 77, 2010 of the General Administration of Customs of P. R. China

To further complete the electronic message format standards for manifests of entry-exit goods by air and water transportation, the General Administration of Customs of China has formulated the electronic message format version V1.1 for the manifests of entry-exit goods by water and air transportation, mainly adding some contents about international transfer by water and air transportation.

Details include: the XML Schema of Electronic Message for China Customs Manifests of Entry-Exit Goods by Water & Air Transportation (See Annex 1), and the Formulation Instructions on the Electronic Message Format V1.1 for China Customs Manifests of Entry-Exit Goods by Water & Air Transportation。

Such requirements are hereby promulgated and to be implemented from January 1, 2011. The Announcement No. 81, 2008 of the General Administration of Customs shall be repealed at the same time.
