Announcement No. 78, 2010 of the General Administration of Customs of the P. R. China

The following hereby promulgate the legal instruments and relevant report forms concerned in the implementation of the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on Classified Management of Enterprises (Decree No. 197 of the General Administration of Customs).

Contents of this Announcement are to take effect as of January 1, 2011 with the simultaneous repeal of the Announcements No. 19, 2008 and No. 77, 2008 of the General Administration of Customs.
