Announcement No. 83, 2010 of the General Administration of Customs of the P. R. China
According to the Administrative Measures of the People's Republic of China on Customs Industrial Standards (Trial), the General Administration of Customs (GACC) has approved the customs industrial standard, the Operating Specifications on Customs Broker Services, which are hereby promulgated and to be implemented from January 1, 2011 (See the annex for ID Numbers and Titles for the industrial standard, and standard texts are published by the China Customs Press).
