Announcement No. 86, 2010 of the General Administration of Customs of the P. R. China (GACC)
Hereby announced is the determined formal implementation as from January 1, 2011 of the Product-Specific Rules of Place of Origin on Early Harvest Products in Goods Trade under the Cross-Straits Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement.
Any exporting enterprises at Chinese mainland may apply, according to law, to relevant certifying authorities for preference Certificates of Origin on their goods exported to Taiwan region. Relevant certifying authorities shall, according to the Annex of this Announcement, sign and issue proper preference Certificates of Origin on goods exported to Taiwan region.
