Announcement Jointly by China's General Administration of Customs, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce, People's Bank of China, State Administration of Taxation, and Bank of China
To regulate the management of guarantee-deposit accounts for processing trade, hereby decided upon is the repeal of the Notice by the General Administration of Customs, the Bank of China, the State Development Planning Commission, the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, the People's Bank of China, and the State Administration of Taxation on Implementation of the "Provisional Administrative Measures on the Trial of Bank Guarantee-Deposit Accounting System for Materials/Parts Imported by Processing Trade" (ShuJian〔1995〕No. 908).
That regulatory document shall cease from force as of the issue date of this Announcement.
