Announcement Jointly by China's General Administration of Customs and Ministry of Commerce
To regulate the management of used mechanicals/electricals imported by enterprises within export processing zones, hereby decided upon is the repeal of the Notice by the General Administration of Customs and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation on the Certification for Import of Used Mechanical & Electrical Products by Enterprises within Export Processing Zones (ShuFa〔2000〕No. 745).
That regulatory document shall cease from force as of the issue date of this Announcement.
