Announcement No. 102, 2010 of the Ministry of Commerce on Expiry and Termination of Anti-Dumping Measure on Primary-Form Dimethyl Cyclosiloxane from Japan, the U.S., the U.K., and Germany

On January 16, 2006, the P. R. China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) released its Announcement No. 123 of that year, deciding to impose anti-dumping duties on imported primary-form dimethyl cyclosiloxane originating in Japan, the U.S., the U.K., and Germany.

On July 16, 2010, the MOFCOM announced on its Announcement No. 44, 2010 that the anti-dumping measure thereof should terminate on January 16, 2011 unless related domestic industries, natural persons, legal persons or organizations apply in written form to the Ministry for final-term anti-dumping review 60 days before the expiry date of the anti-dumping measure.

Because no domestic industries, natural persons, legal persons or organizations applied for the review, nor the MOFCOM plans to actively make it, the anti-dumping measure shall terminate from January 16, 2011 for the primary-form dimethyl cyclosiloxane originating in Japan, the U.S., the U.K., and Germany.
