Announcement No. 46, 2011 of the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC)
In 2005, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decided to impose anti-dumping (AD) duties on trichloroethylene (TCE) originating in Russia and Japan starting from July 22, 2005 for a period of five (5) years.
The Customs Tariff Commission hereby decides, based on China MOFCOM's sunset-review investigation, to continue the anti-dumping duties on the TCE from Russia and Japan for a period of five (5) years from July 22, 2011.
Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
From July 22, 2011, China Customs may continue levying anti-dumping duties on trichloroethylene (under HS Code 29032200) originating in Russia and Japan in accordance with relevant regulations in GACC Announcement No. 35, 2005.
