According to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Anti-dumping, the Ministry of Commerce released an announcement on December 23, 2010 on its decision to launch an anti-dumping investigation against photographic paper and paper board imports from the E.U., the U.S. and Japan.
In view of the special and complex circumstances of the case, and in accordance with Article 26 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Anti-dumping, the Ministry of Commerce decides to extend the investigation period for three months to March 23, 2012.
