According to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Anti-dumping, the Ministry of Commerce released an announcement on December 28, 2010 on its decision to launch an anti-dumping investigation against distiller's dried grains imports from the U.S.

In view of the special and complex circumstances of the case, and in accordance with Article 26 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Anti-dumping, the Ministry of Commerce decides to extend the investigation period for six months to June 28, 2012.
