China Issues 2012 Catalog Subject to Import Licenses

Announcement No. 99, 2011 by the Ministry of Commerce of China (MOFCOM), the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection & Quarantine of China (AQSIQ)
Upon the Foreign Trade Law of the P. R. China, the Administrative Regulations of the P. R. China on Import & Export of Goods and the Administrative Measures of China on the Import of Key Used Mechanical/Electrical Products, hereby announced is China's Catalog of Goods Subject to Import Licenses of 2012, which shall take effect from January 1, 2012 along with simultaneous repeal of its Catalog of Goods Subject to Import Licenses of 2011.
