GACC Announcement 6, 2012 on AD Duties on EU Potato Starches

Announcement No. 6, 2012 of the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC)
In 2007, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council of China ruled levying anti-dumping (AD) duties on potato starches originating in EU countries for five years from February 6, 2007.
On expiry of the levy, the Customs Tariff Commission decides to continue the anti-dumping duties during the final review period, with relevant issues announced below:
As from February 6, 2012, upon imports of potato starches originating in the EU (HS Code 11081300), China Customs shall continue levying the anti-dumping duties as regulated by GACC Announcements No. 4 of 2007 and No. 23 of 2011.
