MOFCOM Announcement No.18, 2009 on Final Review Rulings of Anti-Dumping Measures on Acrylate Esters from South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia

On April 10, 2003, the Ministry of Commerce of People's Republic of China issued the Announcement No.3, determining to implement final anti-dumping measures on the imported Acrylate Esters from South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, with its duration of 5 years.
During the implementation of anti-dumping measures, the Announcement No.40, 2005 was issued to make adjustment according to law.
The HS Codes of the investigated product under the Import and Export Tariffs of People's Republic of China respectively referred to 29161210、29161220、29161230 and 29161240 and the English name was Acrylate Esters.(The HS Code of this product under the Import and Export Tariffs of People's Republic of China before 2008 was 29161200 ).
This announcement will be valid from April 9, 2009.
