On September 20, 2011, the MOFCOM issued its Announcement No. 59 of 2011 calling on relevant China's mainland industries or their representatives to petition, from the announcement date, to the MOFCOM in writing for its final anti-dumping review thereof sixty (60) days before the expiry date of the anti-dumping measures.
